Use this +5 trainer with the stealth action game Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Conviction and you can activate some helpful cheats: invisibility, infinite ammo, no reload, infinite execute, accurate weapons, infinite upgrade points.
Note: This cheat is for the retail 1.03 version of the game Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Conviction.

Numpad 1 Invisibility
Numpad 2 Infinite Ammo/No Reload
Numpad 3 Infinite Execute
Numpad 4 Accurate Weapons
Numpad 5 Infinite Upgrade Points
Numpad 6 Disable All
